We tell you honestly if it suits you
Sound familiar?
Most people who ask us about the chamber say a version of the same thing. See if any of these are you.
You train four or five times a week and it's catching up with you
You love the gym, the runs, the matches. But the days after feel heavier than they used to, and you're not sure when you last felt fully fresh.
You've tried the sauna, the cold plunge, the massages
Some of it helps for a day. None of it seems to change how you actually feel week to week.
You're always a bit tired, even after a decent sleep
Not exhausted, just never quite switched on. Coffee papers over it. You'd like to fix the cause, not the symptom.
You want to keep training, not scale back
Everyone tells you to rest more. You'd rather find a way to recover better so you can keep doing what you enjoy.
You're sceptical of anything that sounds like a wellness fad
You want to know what's actually happening in your body and hear from real people before you spend money. Fair enough.
You'd feel better trying it somewhere you already trust
A physio clinic with 1,500+ reviews feels different to a pop up wellness studio. You want someone qualified to tell you if it's right for you.
Recognise yourself in one or more of these? Then it's worth a free 15 minute call to find out if the chamber suits you.

What actually happens in the chamber
The idea is simple physics. Air pressure inside the chamber is gently raised above normal room pressure. At higher pressure, more oxygen dissolves into your blood, so more oxygen reaches your tissues than it would while you sit at your desk.
Your body uses oxygen to recover, repair and produce energy. Giving it more of it, while you sit still and switch off for 30 to 45 minutes, is the whole point.
Ours is a soft shell chamber, designed for comfort and regular use rather than hospital treatment. It is not a medical procedure and it isn't a replacement for physio, sleep or training properly. It's a recovery tool, and we'll tell you honestly on the call whether it's the right one for you.

How a session works
Free 15 minute call
You speak to Lee Kirwan. He asks a few questions and tells you honestly whether the chamber is a good fit.
Arrive at Dublin 2
Come as you are. No special clothing, no preparation. A practitioner meets you and walks you through it step by step.
Settle in and switch off
You sit in comfortably. The practitioner sets the chamber up for you and stays nearby. Then you relax, read or close your eyes for 30 to 45 minutes.
Walk out and get on with your day
No downtime. Most people tell us they leave feeling refreshed and clear headed, and go straight back to work or training.
So, does it actually work?
Results vary from person to person, and we won't promise you anything on a webpage. What we can do is tell you what people who have used our chamber consistently report.
After one session
The most common feedback is about how people feel walking out. Refreshed. Clear headed. Lighter. Like they properly switched off for an hour. Several people described it as feeling reset.
After a few sessions
People who build it into a weekly routine tell us they bounce back quicker between training days and feel more energised through the week. This is where most people notice the difference.
What we won't claim
We won't tell you it cures anything or that it works for everyone. It's a recovery and wellbeing tool run by a physio clinic. If we don't think it suits you, Lee will say so on the call.

What people say after using our chamber
I felt noticeably more refreshed afterwards.
I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, but the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. I came out feeling refreshed, clear headed and like I'd properly switched off for an hour. Definitely something I'd work into my routine again.
Mark D., Dublin 7It was such a relaxing experience.
The chamber was much more comfortable than I expected. I found the whole session really calming and afterwards I just felt lighter and more energised. It's hard to explain, but I definitely noticed a difference in how I felt leaving compared to when I walked in.
Sarah M., Dublin 2I walked out feeling like I'd properly reset.
After a busy week of training, I wanted to try something that would help me feel like I was giving my body some proper downtime. The session itself was really relaxing and afterwards I felt refreshed and ready to get on with my day. I'd definitely do it again.
James K., Dublin 6
Why a physio clinic runs a chamber
Sports Physio Ireland was founded by Joey Boland, a chartered physiotherapist and former Dublin senior hurler. He spent years in elite sport seeing how much recovery decides who can keep training and who breaks down.
Over 10,000 patients later, the thing we hear most from active people isn't about injury. It's that they're tired, slow to bounce back, and running on fumes between sessions.
We added the hyperbaric chamber to our Dublin 2 clinic for exactly those people. Not as a gimmick, but as a recovery tool sitting alongside physiotherapy, massage and physio led training.
The difference with doing it here is simple. You're in a clinic, with chartered physiotherapists on site, and someone qualified to tell you honestly whether it's right for you before you spend a cent.

Questions people ask before their first session
The physics is real: raising the pressure around you increases how much oxygen dissolves into your blood, which is why chambers are used in recovery settings. How much you personally notice varies. What people using our chamber consistently report is feeling refreshed, clear headed and more energised afterwards, and bouncing back better between training days when they use it regularly. We won't promise more than that.
